CBRT Reserves Fall by 2.3 Billion Dollars
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) reported a significant decline in its reserves during the week ending September 12, falling by approximately 2.31 billion dollars compared to the previous week.
According to market data, reserves had reached a record level of 180.1 billion dollars on September 5, but decreased for two consecutive weeks, settling at around 177.8 billion dollars.
The official reserve figures are expected to be announced by the CBRT on Thursday at 14:30 local time.
